Leadership
Lillie Dulaney is the founder and president of StayOnTrack, Inc. In June 2004 she
incorporated and named her private practice of thirteen (16) years -
StayOnTrack.

Lillie has held positions with organizations such as Northwestern Memorial Hospital,
Chicago Lakeshore Hospital, AFSCME Personal Support Program, etc........... Her
career includes position of a counselor in both inpatient and outpatient treatment
programs, employee assistance person (EAP), clinical supervisor, trainer,  adjunct                                   
instructor (University of Illinois graduate social work program), Deputy Director of a
social service program.  She established a private practice in 1994 (counseling and
training).  Lillie has provided coaching for clients with purpose and meaning concerns,
repetitive patterns and relationships that keep them stuck, conflict management,
race/culture related concerns, and more. Lillie has counseled persons with physical
complaints that were rooted in emotional issues,  family of origin issues, panic, anxiety,
depression, addiction, relationship difficulties, career, and more.

A graduate of Tougaloo College, Lillie was an exchange student at Bowdoin College in
Brunswick, Maine. Lillie earned her MSW from the Jane Addams school Of social work
at the University of Illinois. Lillie is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)with a speciality
in occupational social work.  She is a member of the National Association of Social
Workers (
NASW) and The Greater North Michigan Avenue Association (GNMAA).  She has worked in the field of Behavioral
Health for over twenty (20) years.  She has served on the board of Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA)
and the chairperson of the diversity committee.

As a psychotherapist she will work with you to identify the psychosocial treatments that can help your particular situation. With
her masters in occupational social work, she understands organizations and management, and can help you to identify
dynamics and implement changes that can help you succeed both personally and professionally.
